This week in Accra, Ibom Air brought together travel agents and tour operators from Nigeria and Ghana for an exclusive industry soirée focused on connection, collaboration, and the future of regional travel.

The event provided an opportunity for travel professionals from both countries to connect with the Ibom Air team, exchange ideas, discuss opportunities within the travel market, and strengthen relationships that help passengers move more easily across West Africa.

A key focus of the gathering was Ibom Air’s growing connectivity between Nigeria and Ghana, including our Uyo–Accra service and Abuja–Uyo–Accra connection. These routes create more opportunities for business travellers, leisure passengers, families, and visitors to experience convenient air travel between important destinations in the region.

For us, however, building connectivity is about more than adding destinations to a network. Strong partnerships with travel agents and tour operators play an important role in helping customers discover destinations, plan their journeys, and travel with greater confidence.

The Accra soirée gave us the opportunity to listen to our travel partners, share the Ibom Air experience, and explore how we can work together to make regional travel simpler and more accessible.
