We request you make the change or cancellation as soon as you decide that you no longer want to travel, so that other travellers can book travel and also help us keep our fares low.

Ibom Air Flight Change Due to Death or Illness

Ibom Airline understands that severe illness or a death in the family can lead to change(s) in travel plans. Here’s what we can do to help in these situations:

If you fall seriously ill, Ibom Air may allow you to modify your ticket at no cost upon verification. Ibom Air may extend the validity period of your ticket, if necessary; in this case, the validity extension shall not exceed 45 days.
In the unfortunate event of death in your close (immediate) family which negatively affects your planned travel date(s), Ibom Air will allow you to modify your ticket at no cost upon verification and may extend the validity of your ticket by up to 45 days, if necessary. The extended time will give you more flexibility to rebook your flight & attend to family urgency.
