What is Ibom Airline’s No-Show Policy?
If you do not plan to travel, please cancel your reservation at least 4 hours before the flight’s original scheduled departure time.
Specifically, except for reservations eligible for a refund resulting from a significant flight delay or change (generally a delay of three or more hours domestically and six or more hours internationally) or cancellation, if you do not cancel your reservation at least 4 hours before the flight’s original scheduled departure time, your itinerary will be cancelled, and:
- for Premium Diamond, Gold, Silver, Ibom Flex and Ibom Discount fare reservations: the value of the ticket(s) will be transferred into a residual Electronic Miscellaneous Document and may be used for future date travel within the validity period of the original ticket issue date. All travel must be completed by the expiration date; otherwise, funds will be forfeited.
- No Show fees and other applicable penalties shall be applied to the fares at the time of reissuance or refund.
- for Ibom Flyer Redemption Ticket reservations, Gold Stars used for booking will be retained for reissue or reschedule, subject to applicable penalties and programme rules.
